Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, SEN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors once your order has been shipped.
